Elms School has an exciting HLTA opportunity for an Enrichment Lead. As well as enrichment activities throughout the school, you will oversee the Forest School provision and Duke of Edinburgh scheme for KS4.
The school already provides both Forest School and Duke of Edinburgh programmes and we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to develop this further. You will plan, deliver and assess inspirational Forest School sessions and a range of engaging Duke of Edinburgh activities.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year Forest School experience and knowledge, understanding and/or experience of delivering the Duke of Edinburgh award programme. Candidates ideally will hold Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification and be a Duke of Edinburgh Co-ordinator (or be willing to undertake and complete the training).
The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to organise offsite trips and work with external providers. You will act as a role model, promote learning in the outdoor environment and have a flexible approach to help meet the needs of the school, this will include some classroom duties.
Visits to the school are encouraged and a member of the Leadership team will look forward to introducing you to Elms. Should you wish to take up this opportunity, please contact Melanie Wright on 01304 201964 or firstname.lastname@example.org
