Elms School would like to assist pupils that are having problems connecting to the Internet

Get Help With Technology

Elms School would like to assist pupils that are having problems connecting to the Internet to enable remote learning. There are a number of ways we can support in this.

If you do not have access to the Internet from home, the school may be able to provide you with a 4G wireless router so your child can access home learning through their laptop or tablet.

If they access a mobile phone on one of the following networks the school can temporarily request additional data for them.

  • Three
  • Smarty
  • Virgin Mobile
  • EE
  • Tesco Mobile
  • Sky Mobile
  • O2

You would need to provide the school with the following information:

  • the name of the account holder
  • the number of the mobile device
  • the mobile network of that device (for example Three)

Alternatively, we may be able to provide you with a sim card with a one off allowance of 30GB of data
